1. In the Event of Severe Weather, We Will Contact You One Hour Or More Before your Scheduled Departure to Re-Schedule Your Rental, Issue a Store Credit or Refund.
2. Do Not Contact Us With Regard To Your Concern About the Weather; We Are More Concerned With Weather Conditions Than You Are – Our Weather, And By Default Our Financial Stability Rests Upon The State Of The Weather.
3. Unless You Are a Professional Meteorologist With a Boasting Weather Accurate Forecasts Greater Than 90% Accuracy – Sit Tight, Have a Drink, Or Bite Your Nails If You Must. Whatever The Case, Cool Out – Let’s Wait & See What Happens.
4. If the Company cancels/reschedules the activity due to safety concerns, and your schedule does not allow for a new time, you will be offered a transferable gift card or refund.
5. Electric Vehicle Rentals are not sent out into raining conditions – the rain must stop falling before rental bikes are allowed to depart.
6. In the event of wet conditions, ponchos are provided free of charge.
1. Arrival Time is 15 Minutes BEFORE Prior To Your Scheduled Appointment.
2. Be On Time: Your Rental Time Begins @ The Time Of Your Appointment NOT When You Leave The Shop. Return Time is recorded by Company @ departure.
3.Cancellations & Reschedules are at the Company’s discretion. Excuses Akin to ‘Food Poisoning’, ‘Twisted Ankle’, ‘Booked the Wrong Day’, ‘No Longer Want to Ride’ Will Not Receive a Refund. We’ve been in this business a long time and have heard it all; please spare all parties involved of the drama & unease of such a situation.
4. Cancellations Prior to 48 Hours of Reservation Requires Written Request Via Email Sent To The Company Email Address.
5. Cancellations Inside of 48 Hours of your reservation time are charged in full – Sorry No Exceptions.
6. Any & All Approved Cancellations will have a Transferable Gift Card Issued.
7. ‘No Call, No Show’ = No Reschedule/Refund/Gift Card Are Not Once Your Rental Reservation Has Passed. Tickets are limited – as a small business, we cannot absorb the financial costs imposed by buttholes.
8. Late Arrivals: once the tour embarks from our starting point on the street corner near the shop – reschedules, gifts cards, and/or refunds will not be issued – please plan accordingly to arrive at the appointed time.
9. Accepted Forms Of Payment: Bitcoin, Solana & Cash Are Preferred.
Also Acceptable For Payment Are: Credit Cards, Digital Funds Transfers e.g. CashApp & ApplePay, Precious Metals & Gems, Titled Property & Similar Items Of Value
10. Damaged Equipment: Your Account Will Be Charged For The Entire Cost of Replacement Company Policy Is: ‘If You Break It or Get It Stolen – You Buy It.’
11. Stolen Equipment: Your Account Will Be Charged For The Entire Cost of Replacement – No Excuse Need Be Given Because No Excuse Will Be Accepted.
Can I Get a Refund Once I Leave The Shop?
> Nope. Once you leave the office on a bike, electric scooter rental, or tour – your rental period/activity has begun and no refunds will be issued – no exceptions. Sorry, we do not work for free.
If For Any Reason an Individual Refuses To Participate: Payment Is Deemed Forfeit. Refunds, Ticket Transfers, Gift Card & Alternate Compensation Will Not Happen.
Any Rider does not display sufficient mental or physical proficiency with regard to safe operation rental equipment will be disallowed participation. Payment Is Considered Forfeit. Zero Compensation Will Be Considered Or Issued.

2. After Hour Return Instructions (24 Hour Self-Returns) Will Be Given to Before Departing The Company Shop.
3. Rental Time Options: 4, 8, 24-Hour & Multi-Day are Available 6 Days a Week.
1. Upon arrival, all riders/participants will sign the Liability & Release Waiver Form.
2. A company staff member will instruct you on Vehicle Operation & Functions.
3.Company Staff will Verbally Convey the Traffic Laws, Riding Rules, how to Secure Your Vehicle while In The City.
4. Be On Time – Your Rental Time Begins @ The Time Of Your Appointment NOT When You Leave The Shop.
Return time will be set by Company staff prior to your departure.
1. All Minors Must Wear a Helmet.
2. All Electric Vehicle Riders Must Wear a Helmet.
3. Helmets Are Optional For Adults Who Are Riding Pedal Vehicles.
1. Wear Closed Toed Shoes.
2. Wear something casual, comfortable & appropriate for the weather conditions.
3. Sandals & flip-flops are Not Allowed on Any Pedal Vehicle because of the high chances of toe injury and for the safety hazard that they present.

1. Yes – Participants Must Be 12+ Years of Age to Operate a Rental or Tour Pedal Bike
2. Electric Bike Rentals/Tours Must be 15+.
3. All participants younger than 18 must accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can legally grant permission for the minor rider to participate in the activity.
1. Call or Email the shop to inform Company Staff of the issue. We’ll do our best to advise you how to proceed.
2. It’s likely you should return the vehicle o the store if you’re close.
3. If inventory is available, your vehicle wall be replaced, and extend your rental period for an appropriate amount of time.
4. If another vehicle is not available for replacement, you will receive a partial refund or credit.
1. Yes – Ages 25+is Required for Electric Vehicle Rental.
2. Minor Participants (12 to 17 Years of Age), must have a parent or a legal guardian present and must give permission for the minor to ride by signing the, “Release, Waiver, and Liability Agreement.” This is standard paperwork that is filled out by every one of our riders.
3. Minors Cannot Operate an Electric Vehicles.
1. If you need to park your car in the French Quarter, there is a 2 hour maximum for street parking in the French Quarter before the meter must be fed.
2. Street Parking: download the app as instructed on the parking meter; once your initial 2 hours has ended, you can pay for additional time via the app.
3. The best rates on parking in the French Quarter is the Basin Lot (on Basin Street). The rate ranges from $5-$10 for 10 hours when there are no special events scheduled.
